Booking and Availability

• How do I check availability and book the apartment?
  You can view the real-time availability calendar and make a reservation directly through our official booking partner at BuitengewoonSpanje.nl. Simply select your dates and follow the booking instructions.
• What is the minimum stay requirement?
  The minimum stay is typically 3 nights, though this may vary depending on the season. Please check the booking calendar for specific requirements during your desired dates. You can check in and check out any day of the week. Check-in and/or Check-out before or after office hours may be charged extra by BuitenGewoon Spanje.
• Can I cancel or modify my booking?
  Yes, cancellations and modifications are possible subject to our cancellation policy. Please refer to the terms and conditions on the booking page at BuitengewoonSpanje.nl or contact us within 24 hours of booking for assistance.
• Is there a deposit required?
  The deposit is included in the rental price as well as the final cleaning and towels/bed linen.

About the Apartment

• What amenities are included in Casa Max?
  Casa Max offers a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, modern smart-tv with all popular apps installed (e.g., Netflix, HBO, Twitch, etc.), free high-speed Wi-Fi, a spacious living area, and access to a shared swimming pool. The apartment also features a large private terrace with sea and pool views, perfect for relaxing.
• How many people can the apartment accommodate?
  The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, with 3 bedrooms (bedroom 1: one double bed, bedroom 2: two single beds, and bedroom 3: 2 persons sleeping sofa) and two modern bathrooms. Bedroom 3 can also be used as an office: there is an office desk and office chair in the room.
• Is the apartment pet-friendly?
  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Casa Max to ensure the comfort of all guests. Exceptions may be made upon request for small animals.
• Is parking available?
  Yes, free on-site parking is available for guests in the parking garage directly under the apartment: spot 122.

Location and Surroundings

• How far is Casa Max from the beach?
  The apartment is just a short walk (approximately 500 meters) from the beautiful beaches of San Juan de los Terreros.
• Are there shops and restaurants nearby?
  Yes, you’ll find a supermarket, local shop, bars, a gym, a tourist booking office, and a variety of restaurants (including takeaway) within a 5–10-minute walk from the apartment. In San
• What is the nearest airport?
  The closest airports are Almería Airport (approximately 90 km) and Murcia International Airport (approximately 100 km). The most popular airport is Alicante, as it accommodates more flights from a large variety of cities in Europe and abroad. Car rental is highly recommended for the easiest access to Casa Max. The recommended site for car rental is https://www.rentalcars.com/, where prices of many different car rental companies are compared, and the best options are listed.

If necessary, a shuttle service can be booked as an extra. It costs €100 for the Almeria/Murcia airport and €150 for Alicante airport (one-way). Please check the Additional Bookable Supplements on the booking site.

Check-In and Check-Out

• What are the check-in and check-out times?
  Check-in is available from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged depending on availability—please contact us in advance.
• How do I get the keys?
  A local property manager will meet you at the apartment to provide the keys and a brief orientation. You’ll receive detailed instructions after booking.

Payment and Pricing

• What payment methods are accepted?
  Payments are processed securely through BuitengewoonSpanje.nl and typically include options like credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Full details are available during the booking process.
• Are utilities included in the price?
  Yes, utilities such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price for standard usage. Excessive use, for instance leaving on the air-conditioning all day long on a warm summer day while going to the beach, may incur additional charges.
• What are the extra costs for a baby bed (cot)?

         A baby bed (cot) costs €4,50 per day. Please book it during the booking process.         

• Is it possible to book a Play and Stay Golf or Play and Stay Padel?

          Yes, there are several specific Golf and Padel options available. Please check the Additional Bookable Supplements on the                booking site.

 Additional Information

• Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
  No, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Guests may smoke on the private terrace.
• What should I do if I have an issue during my stay?
  Our local property manager of BuitenGewoon Spanje is available to assist with any concerns. You’ll receive their contact details upon booking.
• Are there any local attractions or activities?
  San Juan de los Terreros is known for its stunning beaches, the Geode of Pulpí (one of the world’s largest accessible geodes), and nearby hiking trails. We’re happy to provide recommendations upon request! Please book your tickets to the Geode of Pulpí 4 to 5 weeks in advance, as the availability is limited and is sold out quickly.
